To become an approved carrier you must meet the following criteria:

• Proof of Insurance that meets the following requirements:
  • Minimum $100,000 cargo insurance
  • Minimum $1,000,000 auto liability
• Completed an electronic contract
• Completed a carrier profile
• Completed W-9 Form for tax purposes
• Must have operating authority with the below requirements:
  • Must have a valid interstate or intrastate authority (intrastate-only must also have an active U.S. DOT#)
  • Must be Satisfactory or not rated by the DOT
